정신신경증 환자(Neuropsychosis, NP)
인턴기록은 2017년 인턴생활을 하면서 네이버 블로그에 기록해 두었던 내용을 이 공간으로 옮기면서 현재 생각이 바뀐 부분들을 추가하였습니다. 추가된 내용이 있을 경우 푸른색으로 적었습니다.
NP1
“선생님 저 팔, 다리가 아프고요… 손이 저리고, 힘이 빠지고, 목도 아프고, 어깨도 아프고, 머리도 아프고요… 입술이 아프고 붓는데 그 안이 이상한 것 같고요 어… 그리고 가슴도 두근거리고 숨쉬기 힘들고요… 최근 일주일 넘게 잠도 한숨도 못 잤는데 자다가 힘들어서 깼어요…”
환자의 이야기를 한참 듣다가… 물었다 “잠을 한숨도 못 이루셨는데 어떻게 자다가 힘들어서 깼는지!!??!”

비를 맞고 떨어지는 벚꽃사이로 119구조대 선생님들이 오늘도 환자를 데리고 왔다.
자살 시도로 손목을 긋고는 본인이 119에 신고해서 온 환자였다. 양쪽 손목을 다 그었는데 한쪽은 얕게 여러번 그었고, 반대쪽은 조금 깊은데 수쳐를 하는게 좋을 것 같은 상처였다.
그런데 환자 뭔가 범상치 않다. 강박증으로 치료받고 있는 NP환자였다. 마취를 하려고 하니 마취를 하지 말란다. 견딜 수 있다고. 그러고는 갑자기 꿰매지 말란다…
옆에 있는 간호사분들, 119구조대분들, 경찰서에서 오신 경찰분들에게 저주를 걸겠단다… 그리고 이상한 손짓을 한다…
